Kicked off the due diligence efforts on wet and dry utilities to enable master planning level decisions for a client's long term lease on a unique Federal property in Silicon Valley.

Prepared and stamped the civil drawings for the 30% design-build contract document sets for the San Joase Wastewater Facility Switchgear M1, M2, and M3 Replacement project and the Emergency Diesel Generator project.
